Becoming a Responder
What is involved in being a Responder
The attributes required of a Responder are -
- Age over 18
- Fit to practice
- Live or work in the local area
- Own a car and have a year’s driving experience
- Clean criminal record (DBS Check)
- Attend bi-monthly training meetings
- Be part of a team operating 24/7
- Book on for a minimum of 8 hours duty every week (averaged over 28 days)
- Help at Fundraising events
